Q. What metal is the jewelry made from?
A. The Victorian style brass charm jewelry
collection is made from antiqued natural
brass stampings. The tool and dies are from
the early 20th century. Natural brass means
the metal is not electroplated. It is treated
with our own antique finishing process to
bring out the natural beauty of the meta.
The Austrian crystal necklace sets, chandelier
earrings, bracelets and pins are also made
from cast pewter.
Q. How do I clean or polish the brass jewelry?
A. Do not attempt to clean or polish the brass
jewelry, you will damage the
finish. The
brass is sealed with an antique
lacquer coating
to prevent tarnishing and increase
the longevity
of the piece.
Q. What are the colored stones made of?
A. All colored stones are genuine Austrian
Crystal. The colored beads and drops are
Austrian or Czech.
Q. What kind of earring posts are used? Are
they hypoallergenic?
A. We use hypoallergenic surgical steel posts
where applicable though some posts are electroplated
and are non-hypoallergenic. Earring wires
are electroplated and this should be considered
when being purchased by those who are hypersensitive
to nickel based finishes.
Q. What is the chain made of ?
A. Our chains are brass or steel alloy with
a 22 kt. antique gold plated finish. Our
finish is highly resistant to tarnishing.
Q. Can I change charms, colors or customize
an item?
A. No. All items are sold as is and we do
not accept custom orders.
Q. The chain is a little too short, can you
make it bigger for
me?
A. Yes. Order a 2” necklace extender for an
extra $1.50
Q. Can you define Victorian, Art Nouveau,
and Art Deco Jewelry?
A. Victorian - Refers to jewelry produced during the
reign
of Queen Victoria of England, 1837-1901.
This does not imply that the
jewelry
be of English origin.
Art Nouveau - A style of jewelry produced mainly from
1890 -
1915. It typically has flowing lines and
highly stylized depiction’s of
floral motifs, beautiful women, and fantasy
creations inspired by nature.
Art Deco - Inspired by the French “Art Decoratif”
movement from
the 1920’s and 30’s. Characterized by bold
and modernistic designs utilizing
sharp lines, and striking color combinations.

Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. If we have it in stock, your order will
be processed within 48 hours. If it is not
in stock, we will email you with a ship date
for your convenience. Wholesale orders are
shipped within 3 to 7business days depending
on the availablity of some items.
Q. What is your return policy.
A. All items are inspected for damage prior
to shipping as part of our handling process.
Any claims for damaged or unwanted merchandise
must be made within 7 days of receipt by customer.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
All clearance/closeout sales are FINAL.
Absolutely no refunds for jewelry which has been worn or returned
with perfume or other body fragrance odors.
You must email or call us to authorize a return of
merchandise.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for merchandise
returns.
Q. Can I pay by check or money order?
A. Orders paid by money order will be released
upon receipt of payment. Orders paid by personal
check will be released after the check has
cleared our bank account.
