Jewelrymine.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card. We do not accept COD orders. Personal checks are required to clear our account before your order is processed. There is a $15 Returned Check Fee if your check bounces.

Money-Back Guarantee: We warranty our jewelry to be free of workmanship and material defects upon your receipt. If you are dissatisfied with any undamaged merchandise for any reason, return item(s) to The Jewelry Mine for full refund 7 days from customer receipt. You must call 1 516 679-9659 or email us for return merchandise authorization (RMA#). All returns without RMA# will be refused! Your original invoice or receipt is required for credit or exchange. We will issue a credit to your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card immediately upon receipt of any returned merchandise in NEW condition. 
Absolutely NO refunds for jewelry which has been worn or returned with perfume or other body fragrance odors. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Please note, all clearance/closeout and sales items are FINAL.
